Where do you work?Oslo by default; Scandinavia by invitation.
We are based in Oslo and work across Norway and Scandinavia. For events outside Oslo, the team’s travel is planned with you and included in the proposal. For international brands new to the region, we can source local venues, suppliers and staff. Events further afield are considered case by case.
How do we begin?With a conversation. A rough idea is plenty.
Send an enquiry through the contact page with the date, the place, the approximate number of guests and the purpose of the event. Loose details are fine at this stage. A first conversation follows, to understand what you need. If it is a good fit, you receive a written proposal with the scope and the cost, and nothing is agreed until you accept it.
What does it cost?It depends on the evening. The price comes before the yes.
Each event is priced individually. The main factors are the number of guests, the size of the team, the length of the event and how much planning and coordination is included. Venues, catering and rentals can be booked by you or arranged through us; anything we arrange is itemised in the proposal. The first conversation is free of obligation.
Can you do just one part?Yes. Borrow a bartender, or hand us the whole evening.
Yes. Staffing, coordination and event planning can be booked separately or together, from a team for one evening to the whole event from first idea to breakdown. You can also start with one part and add more as the plans develop.
Do you work with agencies?Yes. Your concept, our people on the floor.
Yes. An agency can bring us in as its hospitality and execution partner in Oslo. In that role we provide and brief the hosts and staff, coordinate local suppliers and run the floor on the night, working to the agency’s brief. The agency keeps the client relationship.
